"Found a used syringe in the house shortly after check in. The house looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while or had things fixed when broken. The master bathroom had sticky substances on the walls and coffee ring stains on the counter. All of the carpets were extremely stained and looked very dirty. “Rode hard and put up wet” comes to mind when describing the property. "This property is very spacious inside and out, with plenty of things to do for all ages. It’s reasonably close to restaurants at Norterra, Desert Ridge and even Scottsdale, and also makes for easy day trips to Sedona.The pool, play area, and home are all larger than they appear in pics…with many more beds than you’ll likely need. Very fun stay."

"Melissa was a fabulous host. She checked in with us, made herself available for any questions or recommendations during our stay and respected our privacy. The casita was a beautiful, private oasis!! The property was exactly as described and matched the pictures. The linens were soft, the bed comfortable, kitchen stocked and the casita was nicely decorated. The location is close to hiking trails, restaurants and was very safe. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is very high end, elegantly designed and every creature comfort was planned for. The outdoors were incredible, it felt like a celebrity boutique resort. We lounged by the pool, played pickle-ball and puttered. We felt refreshed and peaceful staying here. It was super clean and is just a wonderful spot. The Old Town trail is at the end of this private, exclusive street. Tremendous location!  Five stars all around - fantastic property, lovely hosts."

"Great location, close to great shopping and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to Scottsdale airport and 22 to PHX. Home is laid out great with large great room / arcade, quiet living room off the kitchen and bedrooms have their own bathroom (mostly) and many beds / sleeping arrangement options. Yard is huge with pool, volleyball, basketball and grass area for dogs to play. We used it all! Home had everything we needed and then some!! Would be great for families with small children as well. "

"This property is comfortable and relatively clean. The pros are the location—right in the heart of Paradise Valley, close to trails, dog parks, and other amenities. The owner is super on top of things and will answer any questions and handle your problems. The cons are that the front lights are dim (hard to see key panel), there was no owner's manual for operating the hot tub, no garage use, it felt like it needed a deeper cleaning, and there was no welcome message or key to walk our dog.
