"This was a simple property but exactly what we needed for one quick night - located close to airport (as advertised) and the check in and out process was very simple. We didn't need much so are easy to please! Only downside was that due to the set-up (which was a risk in booking a motel style) was that there was a very loud member of the public trying to get into a room where someone they knew was for many hours overnight, yelling and banging. "This place is absolutely horrible! We stayed here for one night and the next morning I had bed bug bites all over me. We found bed bugs and brought them to the front desk. I asked if they had a bed bug problem and he looked at me and said why. I handed him over the napkin with the bed bugs in it and he told me a manager would call. I never received a call back. Called them for 3 days and they kept giving me the run around and told me the main manager was not there but would call me. Never...
