"This property is ideally located near a medical facility where a family member had a medical procedure. It was clean and tidy. The orientation book was very helpful for the house and local restaurants. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to our inquiries, and it was much appreciated. We loved this property!"

"House is even more beautiful in person. We stayed the week of 4th of July and were pleasantly surprised with how close we were to the Firework show. Only area that could have been better was communication. There were a few times we had questions and either had a delayed response or none. Only area of improvement would be more Papertowels. We were there for about a week and ran out quickly. I would still definitely stay there again!"

"Property was great. Our hot tub never did work. Our property manager did try to fix it but was never successful. The location was just where we needed it and the two king beds were just what we needed. Showers did drain slowly, and a few board games would have been great as well as the fireplace wasn’t the easiest to get working. But it met our needs for our stay. I appreciated how helpful the property manager tries to be, but the hot tub never working was disappointing."

"It is our annual family vacation and this year we chose to stay in Peoria Az near the baseball park. This home was laid out perfectly. Two families stayed upstairs…(4 adults and 7 kids) and we(the grandparents) enjoyed bedroom with bath on the main floor. Later in the week our adult son was able to join us and he had his own room. "My wife and I spent approximately 3 weeks at this property. The house was in fantastic shape and was the perfect size to meet our needs. The bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities are all great.The location of the property is spectacular on a beautiful street in a friendly neighbourhood. We walked everywhere including to a concert, Phoenix Suns game, multiple restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Jeff, the property manager responded to all of our inquiries promptly and professionally.
