"Very nice hotel with plenty of good dining options. The location is ideal as it’s only a few min walk from Shinagawa Station. This hotel is an ideal “base of operations” when visiting Tokyo or even Japan in general. The Shinkansen and the NEX both run through this station making the location extremely convenient."

"Very close to the historic Sumo Hall, Ryogoku Station, and a variety of different dining options within walking distance. Hotel had very good staff and cleaning staff, they were polite and did their job. Hotel overall was clean, spacious, and had many services and amenities. I do wish there was a bit more space in the area waiting for elevators on the main floor. It gets crowded when groups come in and block up the area, almost impossible for those getting off or on. There should be signs telling those waiting for elevators to allow those getting off at that floor to leave the elevator first, there were a few times some female foreign tourists would just barge in. They should understand the etiquette is the same as the public transit, help them get accustomed to the local culture, to allow people to get off first before barging in. Not a major deal, but can go along way to help. Overall great place to stay. Suited me perfectly."

"It was a very nice hotel that was very comfortable, clean and with very friendly staff. I stayed there because of a flight delay. When I made my reservation from the gate I was thinking it would just be a typical airport hotel. Instead it was a great hotel that was physically connected to an airport. (There is a difference.) great place and I enjoyed the food court nearby."

"Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Near Shinjuku Station, 25min walk. Frequent Taxis in neighborhood. Staff at desk can and will assist with acquiring taxi rides. Quiet area near a nice park. "
