You need to mobile for this accommodation, as all the rooms seem to be situated up two steep flights of stairs. Fine for us but anyone with mobility issues would struggle"

We had breakfast which was great apart from our toast arrived some time after breakfast, seems a bit petty but they weren’t busy and a really simple fix, they also only brought white so I had to go and find someone for some brown. However, the breakfast was nice. "

"The room was very spacious and comfortable. The property is old (steeped in history) but the room had all the features we needed. The instructions were excellent and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The bed was a little creaky and the pillows were a little thin/soft for my preferences, but perfectly comfortable and adequate. Great value for money. Great location. Highly recommend the breakfast!! A great stay - would stay again. "

"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...
