"All-around positive experience. The room was large and very clean. There’s a coffee shop on the entry level, which I liked. Decent location depending on what you prefer to be close to. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"Perfect place. Right close to all the action on Bui Vien without the loud noise from the clubs down the street. Close to restaurants and the main party area of Bui Vien, but quiet for a great night's rest. This will be my new go to Hotel when I'm in Saigon."

"The place is pretty good, but don't book with expedia, I didn't get the room I boeked for my entire stay due to their system not working with expedia, I did get a refund for the price difference, but it still wasn't great."

"They simply let people overbooked and come to last got no room for me. I book a studio include a queen bed and a single bed, they replace a room far away from original location and only a queen bed"

"The room I stayed in looked absolutely nothing like any of the pictures I had seen online. This was a lesson learned to look at Google reviews prior to booking. Had I done this, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. The room I stayed in was dark and dirty, as other reviews will indicate. The walls were filthy, the air conditioner was dusty, and the overall smell of the room was musty, as if it hadn't been used or cleaned for an extended period of time.
