"Checkin was friendly, easy and quick. The skybar is awesome with amazing views especially at night! Walked to Union Square for shopping and dinner, only a few blocks away. Took elevator from the Parking garage to lobby. Everything was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Get a room with a balcony, it did not disappoint, the views of the water were spectacular! "

"I’ve stayed here a few times, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and quick to assist with anything you need. The only downside is that parking isn’t included—you’ll need to use the garage next door, which costs $55 per day, but it works fine if you’ve arranged other transportation. On the plus side, they have a fantastic restaurant/bar downstairs. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"The price, clean, location was perfect. Two blocks from Union Square. Lots of holiday shopping if your into it. Walkable. Lots of food options. Told the quality of the hotel has slipped. Kool elevator. Felt big city safe. Always keep your situational awareness up but we had no issues walking around at night. Some homeless but not an issue. Seemed safe around the hotel. Never rent a car for a visit to the city. Learned that last time. Tough to find parking and no need for a car. Lots of...
