"Checkin was friendly, easy and quick. The skybar is awesome with amazing views especially at night! Walked to Union Square for shopping and dinner, only a few blocks away. Took elevator from the Parking garage to lobby. Everything was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Get a room with a balcony, it did not disappoint, the views of the water were spectacular! "

"my new favorite place to stay whenever im visiting sf for sure!! the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and respectful. they treat you like you are royalty and even allowed us to check out later at no additional cost. the price per night is extremely affordable for the beautiful & spacious room you get (huge bathroom, nice bedroom, living room, and kitchen area). they even have a cute little event on fridays where they serve finger foods and prosecco which was a really pleasant surprise!! best...

"I’ve stayed here a few times, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and quick to assist with anything you need. The only downside is that parking isn’t included—you’ll need to use the garage next door, which costs $55 per day, but it works fine if you’ve arranged other transportation. On the plus side, they have a fantastic restaurant/bar downstairs. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"I saved $300 by staying here instead of my normal place. Yes, they are Tenderloin adjacent but you can work around that. My room and bed were good and the TV was good and worked great. The front desk staff was fine. This hotel is a good choice if you are looking to keep costs down."
