Hotel was friendly, helpful and we encountered some initial problems with our room (heat and drain) but they quickly fixed by moving us to an equal room. The spa floor is beautiful. "One of the nicer properties around Union Square. Room was spacious, quiet, bed was comfortable, and the hotel overall is nice. The woman who checked me in on the left side of the lobby was a bit cold and unwelcoming; however the woman over at the Concierge area (right side when you walk in) was super nice. I’d consider staying again. "
