"The room and in particular the bathroom were great, being just above street level there wasn’t much in the way of a view and vehicles driving by in the night was a bit of a thing. Otherwise it was very well maintained and comfortable. I think if I visited again I would opt for an upper level room "

"Great location if you want to explore the neighborhoods of SF (you should). The hotel room was large and had plenty of space. It was clean and modern. The craftsmanship in the bathroom wasn’t great. It was very hard to maneuver the door, the door had a gap where you could see someone on the toilet, the shower door didn’t seal and got water all over the floor. These weren’t a big deal but just signs that some of the work was shoddy. We didn’t make use of a lot of the amenities but they...

"My go to stay in SF. Beautiful neighborhood and feels so safe and clean compared to downtown. Was really pricey this trip so hope I can afford to keep staying there. Also little concerned if cleaning is thorough. People bring in dogs and I’m very allergic. There was a nut on the rug behind a chair that never got vacuumed up. And little toothpaste splatter on bathroom wall. "

"The staff is very friendly and the property is beautiful. The room where I stayed at, I was hearing a bit of the next door neighbor's tv. I also did not get to use the beautiful Fairmont robes. Probably they forgot to put clean ones there that day. At the restaurant the person cleaning the tables was such a wonderful man I forgot his name I give him 5 stars for his service. The other staff a bit slow to come by the table to check on you or pay the bill. Other than that it was such a lovely place to spend the night in SF. "
