"Quiet hotel, not a lot of street or property noise. The gym was small but nice to have. "

"The property is very unique in style. My room was super clean. I did not have any expectations because of the area but was impressed with cleanliness. I would stay here again. There is a store conveniently located just outside the property and that really helped with dining. Carpets can use some upgrade."

"Remodeling. Big dumpster outside. Appears that there are city ambassadors outside hotels keeping an eye on neighborhood. Small rooms but comfy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cute cafe inside. Would definitely stay again. Close proximity to Union Square."

"Stayed here after a show at the chase center. Wonderful spot. Much better than the last SF hotel we stayed at. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking attendant called the room right away to tell us my friend ledt her phone in the car and if she wanted it. Room was super clean. Great view. There is not a lot of homeless camping neaby. Which was our last experience. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Anytime i come back i will stay here and the price is very good too."
