"Overall the property was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were good-excellent, but slightly dated. No big deal. The grounds and location were excellent with proximity with the lake, shops, dining, etc. Perhaps it was a bit on the expensive side, but there were a lot of amenities to support the higher cost. I selected the property for convenience and my accommodations were more than sufficient. I would stay here again. "

"The house was as advertised. It’s in a great location central to shopping, groceries, golf etc. It was very clean, we didn’t use the Florida room as it seemed to have been forgotten about, it wasn’t as clean as the rest of the house and the door latch to go outside is a bit tough to open. Communication was fairly prompt with the owner. We had to buy more TP and the garbage bags didn’t fit but nothing that ruined our stay.Overall a great spot and we would stay again."

"We have been Snowbirding in Florida since 1992. This villa is by far the most well equipped unit we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. First thing you notice is the cleanliness. Then you discover the villa has everything you need for an extended stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, my wife and I slept peacefully every night.
