"In my opinion your toilet tank is too big (water waste) as week as the bottom of bad tub not well maintained and the water is wasted at the shower because half water only half comes from short the rest is wasted down the bath tub faucet. We can’t waste water any more. The receptionist this morning was eating breakfast as she was giving us our check out. "

"The lamp was broken. There were no extra blankets in the room. There was only a small bar of soap and no body wash. I had to go find someone to come to the front desk after waiting 20 minutes. It was not the experience I expected at all. "

"I reserved a balcony room and was given a 1st floor pool side room. The room was also an ADA room with no bathtub. If we had not arrived so late after 15 hours of travel I would have complained right then. Next to the Laundry room which apparently was getting remodeled with workers first thing in the morning. "

"Easy to get to from UTMB. Parking area good for handicap, free underground, easy to get to elevator!"

"Hotel is obviously in the midst of an upgrade. You can still find some items of the former named hotel around. TVs, bedding, carpet all newer upgrades. Breakfast needs some work, but change tales time and plenty of breakfast spots close by. Great Mexican restaurant next door."
