"A nice clean stay with a balcony and local experience. Wish it was closer to a station, but walkable. Many people ripping on their vehicles at the night, but the owner leaves ear covers. Quick to reply and easy check in"

"The location is convenience, inside is clean and tidy and the washing machine is a bonus for our trip. I wonder if YouTube will be available in future since we don’t understand Japanese languages provided at the TV. I also feel unpleasant when an extra blanket cannot be provided when we request it. Other than that, everything is fine."

"The hotel front desk staff were very organized. We had shipped our luggage earlier from Tokyo and they had it ready for us on arrival. The man at the front desk always stopped to give my children Halloween candy. The room is spacious. The area around the hotel is great, close to a grocery store, Don Quixote, Daiso, it’s 3 minute walk to Shinsekai, 8 minutes walk to Tennoji Zoo etc. also walkable to Dotonburi and Namba. "The property was located a distance walk from their local transport and there was a duty free supermarket nearby. The check in was abit slow due to their satellite office for their connection. Do get their key code before you check in as there was a security door to bypass before you can check in. This apartment do not contain luggage storage so it was abit tough for us. It was quite centralise to Shinsaibashi, Namba and Shin-Imamiya trains. Will come back to stay again. They have washer....

"We stayed in this property for five nights and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, clean, and had all of the things we needed for a great stay in Kyoto. I’ll focus on two of our biggest needs as a family of four - transportation and food. Transportation - bus stops right outside and across the street. "It was a 2nd floor place with the option of an elevator or stairs. 2 rooms had 3 twin beds and 3rd room had a double bed. The toilets were separate which we loved. My grand-daughter loved the tub which was oversized compared to a US Standard tub. The living room and dining rooms were spacious. It was a 5 minute or 15 minute walk to train station depending on which station you went to. The 7/11 was a few blocks away. It was awesome. We loved it."

"This was our first time visiting Osaka and the apartment was perfect for our family travels. Hossy is a gracious host and met us at the apartment to give us an overview of the neighborhood, things to do (and things to watch out for as tourists!) The apartment is clean, cheerful, and charming, with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, a much needed break from the crowds in Namba. We were close to the subway, JR, restaurants, groceries, and Daiso....

Good for families

"Comfortable, firm beds and pillows. Good breakfast buffet with both western and Japanese options. There are free snacks and coffee in the lounge area, and you have an option to get a light early afternoon meal as well. Hotel is next to a grocery store, where we easily picked up anything else we needed. Staff are courteous and very helpful. Our 8-year-old loved the hotel. We would stay there again."

Great time in Osaka

"Heat central location just above Namba station which made it very easy to travel around the city. The room was clean, modern, and the bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was buffet style with a huge variety of both western and Japanese offerings. The highlight was the sauna, Japanese bath, and cold plunge. The gym was also well equipped. The lobby is wide open with plenty of seating and drink options (maybe food too). Staff was attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. "
