"Not a bad stay here! The staff were friendly and the first night we stayed was quiet. The second night there was some people being loud in the hall and made it difficult to sleep. There is also almost no water pressure in the shower if you are using hot water which I didn’t like. The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. "

"Had the best stay here at Hotel Shinpoin. The customer service is amazing. They really go above and beyond to help. We had a lovely lady help us with luggage forwarding service. Easy and simple, all the paperwork etc done within minutes. A very eco friendly hotel, rooms have a sink and cooking area with a working fridge. Dishes and dish cleanser is provided to avoid use of single use plastic. Very clean hotel room, comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and very clean. We staying in a super twin, which had 3 single beds. "

"The staff were great. The room was bigger than expected. The bed was a bit hard/uncomfortable but overall really enjoyed the onsen and the closeness of family mart, a few local restaurants and dominos. It’s also 800m walk to station and around 1km to the zoo. "
