"Fantastic staff/team at the hotel. Stunning views of downtown SF from the marina. It’s better to look at San Francisco, than to stay there. The hotel is tucked away from the freeway and all of Berkeley’s problems. I’ve always felt safe here compared to hotels closer to the city. The heating/AC unit didn’t work in my room and it took over a day to get maintenance to fix it. "

The room was clean and lovely and had a great view. We left our luggage in a locked room behind the front desk the following day and explored San Fran before heading back to the airport."
