Tucked away and an absolute gem. Enjoyed our stay, even a fire alarm didn’t deter from the quality! Little bit older world style that may not suit everyone, but the service was excellent and the surroundings were even better.

The area around the property was beautiful. The rooms are older there is visible wear, but not dirty. The staff was fantastic and the meals wonderful.

Great hotel
Great stay for anyone wanting a nice peaceful location. We had room with balcony over the pond which was nice. Everything you would need in the room and breakfast was good too, bargain stay for the price paid, definately recommend.

The staff went out there way to help us thay brought our breakfast to the table in the bar as we had the dog who cant be left in the room as blind the hotel was lovely and clean no noise and cosy we vist family in telford we will definitely be going back book for august

Booked last minute. I was expecting the breakfast was included but I was told not included when I checked in. I have showed the receptionist that I booked with breakfast but nothing confirmed in my email. I still have the screenshot but wasn’t something they offered me. Was very disappointed.

Would not book this dated hotel ever again. We stayed 2 nights and had 3 rooms.. we did think about checking out on the first night. The place is so dated and unclean, the staff are very young and seem to lack experience in customer services

We had a lovely time, thank you . Nice hotel, good staff - working very hard ( I imagine short staffed like everywhere ) they were busy but managed to stay cheerful and professional. We loved exploring the local area . We will be back .
