"The hotel is in need of refurbishment to say the least the bar area was disgusting seats broken only bottles as pumps not working and dirty glasses infact the hotel should be condemned. The only saving grace was the staff and the breakfast the staff were polite,friendly and helpful especially Annie who made breakfast service a pleasure. Disappointing that hotels.com have this on there web site as im sure if they sent an inspector they would not recommend this hotel I for one will not be...

"Hotel was lovely and staff were amazing. Only thing was when we went to our room and opened the fridge to pop some drinks in, it hadn’t been cleaned from whoever was in the night before. There was still a cake lying on the fridge and it had began to go off and go into the rest of the items in the mini bar :( and some of the milk had been used from the previous people - so we had to ask for the fridge to be cleaned and then restocked. Think this should have been done prior to us checking in! "
