"Not modern but very well maintained. Room was spacious and hotel itself was conveniently located by Osaka Castle and subway stations. Plenty of convenience stores and food options within walking distance. They do “eco-cleaning”, new towels and light cleaning everyday. However, does not include/come with any amenities other than the shampoo, body wash, conditioner and toothbrush. Not right in the hustle and bustle, ideal for those who don’t mind a short commute and want a quiet and restful stay....

"Lovely hotel with clean, cozy, comfortable rooms. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We arrived very late at night and realized I had accidentally booked a smoking room. They helped us change to non-smoking as soon as it was available the next day. The hotel had everything we needed including slippers, toiletries, hair dryer, kettle and coffee.
