"The accommodations were spartan (no hot water) and a bit rough around the edges. But the temperature was in the low 90's the entire week, and so.. a cold shower was in some instances not only tolerable, but necessary to avoid heat exhaustion! Lol. The location was spectacular and Vilma's full breakfasts were delicious! We enjoyed both traditional Salvadoran foods (frijoles, fried sweet plantains, huevos rancheros and fresh local fruits, papaya, mango, watermelon & cantaloupe) and what Vilma...
