"This little gem is a well kept secret behind a wall on an otherwise lackluster dirt road. Right on the beach front, sleeping and waking up to the crash of the waves was heaven for me. This small, but perfect, beach house provided an exclusive retreat in paradise!"

"Rina is a sweetheart. The home was better than the description on Vrbo. It was jaw dropping beautiful. The staff Dona Tita,David and Eva treated us just like family. Paola the masseuse gave us great massages. The location is great. My family agreed this was one of the best vacation we have ever enjoyed. "We had the pleasure of spending our holiday weekend at this Punto Palmarcito estate. The entire home was a perfect amount of space for 18 of us. We could have definitely fit 3-5 more if we shared more beds. The staff that helps with the property was so helpful. We had breakfast made for us every morning and it was so affordable. They helped us with grocery shopping and errands too! The pool was clean and maintained by the groundskeeper. Fenced in property for that extra layer of security....

"When I say “Beverly Hills” status I mean, this property is like a mini mansion to where you really get that bang for your buck. "We stayed at this home in July we were a party of 13 and we loved this home it is very beautiful very clean I felt very safe Maria and her husband take care of the property and opened the gate for us every time we went out they are very nice and very friendly the house is right next to betos restaurant and that restaurant is amazing!!! Maria recommended a pupusa place down the street it was so delicious we would definitely come back here again"

"My family of 9 stayed here for a week to celebrate our many May birthdays and were extremely happy with our time here. The house is beautiful and located in a very safe location that’s only a short walk to town. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back and visit El Tunco. The town is very fun and there are plenty of tiendas and restaurants only a 5-10 minute walk away. The house was very nice with working A/C and a great outdoor area. Just be sure to bring/buy your own...

"The Air Conditioning units may need some work, although weather humidity levels wasn't helping. Also there are ongoing renovations which makes construction noise understandable. Nevertheless, awesome people, very very friendly, always prompt to help, courteous, in sum the experience was excellent. I look forward to stay in same property again. "
