"We had a great time at the house it has access to the lake with a lake deck for enjoying a picnic then dive into the crystal clear water below. The house was clean and had just about everything you would need, I do wish it would have a blender to make drinks but that's a minor thing the weather was fantastic warm in the day and cool in the evening. "The house is in a central location in a small town in the mountain in the middle of a coffee town, and it takes 45 minutes to waterfall and down surfing best beach in el salvador and the meca of bitcoin el zonte city. The house, it's precisely more than the pictures show, is a beautiful house with all amenities. A stunning view of the volcanos and the city. And hang out with friends and people nearby restaurants, and many things to do. We had a fantastic vacation..thank you very much."

"I stayed with my two nephews who just turned 18. The location was great. Stores and restaurants right outside the entrance of the property. An 8 minute walk to the beach and the main area of El Tunco. We used the pool on property everyday. We enjoyed lounging in and around the pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. "We had the pleasure of spending our holiday weekend at this Punto Palmarcito estate. The entire home was a perfect amount of space for 18 of us. We could have definitely fit 3-5 more if we shared more beds. The staff that helps with the property was so helpful. We had breakfast made for us every morning and it was so affordable. They helped us with grocery shopping and errands too! The pool was clean and maintained by the groundskeeper. Fenced in property for that extra layer of security....

"Well it is Intercontinental so there is some level of expectations that goes with the name. I think its located more at an older part of town. Hotel looks dated but still good enough. Restaurants in the hotel look good. Theres a mall across the street that you can get some fast food and shopping but nothing special. If you are at an event at the national stadium like us, its in walking distance if you chose to. The only downside was you could hear your neighbors. "
