"We throughly enjoyed are stay at this lovely mountain top casita. The vistas down the mountains and up the valleys from the patio were stunning. There were many spaces around the property to enjoy a morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine as the sun set. Great attention was taken to retain the historic charm of the casita, while providing all the modern essentials. The location was close to some very nice local restaurants with great views. I would highly recommend staying at this property....

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa. We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous. "The accommodations were spartan (no hot water) and a bit rough around the edges. But the temperature was in the low 90's the entire week, and so.. a cold shower was in some instances not only tolerable, but necessary to avoid heat exhaustion! Lol.
