"It is very small, but worked out well. The pull-out sofa is quite comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice to have. The washing machine and dehumidifier also helped our stay immensely."

"It was a tiny home literally wedged between buildings. 4 adults stayed upstairs and 3 adults downstairs. Close location with Shirokane takanawa station, and 24 hour food marts and a star bucks. Beds were really hard had to get used to the first few nights. For the price it was an excellent stay."

"This is not for large families. it was extremely small. dryer system in the bathroom does not dry clothes at all. I would say its ok for 3 people max. my Family is a family of 5, we were all squashed (and we only had 1 checked bag and backpacks). Check in was slightly confusing and if it wasnt for the "building owner" (I have no idea who the nice man was?) walking up to us we wouldnt know how to open the door. "

"It is close to the station, about a minute walk across the railroad crossing, and there is a Japanese izakaya on the first floor and a café and family mart nearby. The living room is larger than most hotel rooms and refreshing. Everything in the apartment looks new. The space is large and perfect for a family vacation. The railroad tracks are nearby, so that is the only concern for some people."

"My family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. Plenty of amenities. Loved the shower and heated floors/toilets. The only reason check in wasn't ranked #5 was the need to use an app to open the front door initially. If my phone had better data service or I had the wifi password for the house beforehand I imagine there wouldn't have been a delay in getting inside the house. We would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it for families."

"The check in process was easy because the property manager emailed me guides days before my trip to Japan. The room was as described and perfect for one or two people. I love the modern style and the shower room was high and spacious. There are controls for vent, drying, heating in there too. "The washer also doubles as a dryer, and was located in my room. This really reduced my need to bring several arrivles of clothes. The bath was large amd accommodating for a man my size (6'2" 270lbs) so I was able to soak my bones each night. TV was a great size and has accessable HDMI ports Fridge, freezer, electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, you have all you need for food prep and cooking. "The single room is going to feel small to Americans, but it was perfect with its amenities and space for me as a solo traveler. There was room underneath the bed to slide my baggage to keep it out of the way after I unpacked. The curtains worked really well to block out light for sleeping. Bed was firm, but I'm a back sleeper so that was fine by me. I appreciated having the option to see the status of the Laundromat machines from the room's TV main menu. There's no machine for getting change to use the laundry and it runs on only some QR code payments or multiple 100yen coins, so you may have to try and get some spare change after buying something from the vending machine nearby. I arrived hours about 6 hours before check in and they were able to store my luggage, and also the same after check out where I went out to tour for the day before I came back to get my bags and head to the airport. There are 3 metro/train stations within a 5-10 minute walk of the hotel. I also appreciated the walking distance to the Tokyo Dome since I was going there several days for events. I did not opt for the breakfast buffet plan, since I'd usually pick up something light to eat from the convenience stores. I did try out the weekday lunch special at the Hirakawa restaurant ar the hotel and that was also a really nice meal and service experience. Overall, I had a very comfortable, quiet, stay and felt safe here. Definitely want to stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!"
