"Close to train lines, great accommodation for our adult family group of 6. Situated on 3 levels via a steep staircase. Asami communicated well and was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the beautiful complimentary green tea, and the apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean. "

"Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. "The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, and Sario Puroland. However, it is a bit dated. There is no side table by the beds. I am surprised that they do not have a coffee maker in the room. The air-conditioning in our Hello Kitty room wasn't working so it got a bit stuffy during the night."
