"This property was a very pleasant surprise. I needed to be in Tacoma in the very early morning and decided to stay over rather than making a several hours drive in the morning. I chose this hotel based on the photographs online. The hotel did not disappoint. It’s very convenient, being right downtown, to everything. It is very clean, and very comfortable. My only caveat is the parking is a bit steep, especially for self parking. But I wouldn’t let that stop me from staying again. Indeed if I’m in the area this would be the place I’d choose to stay at again. For me, the best part, the beds, and especially the pillows, were amazingly comfortable! "

"Great as always. 24 hr pool and hot tub great breakfast big jetted tub suite also nice 1 bd suite. Service is great. My cons list is you don’t get your deposit back for close to a week and it’s not my bank I get other deposits back next day. Also I was charged $30 for I’m assuming a few dirty dishes that were left in sink but that’s what all the fees and what ever are supposed to be for was cleaning right? But because everything else is great I didn’t bother inquiring about it. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in. "

"Miss hotel was clean the staff was always very friendly and helpful the breakfast was great with plenty of options and special treats like Nutella. The pool was clean and had a great temperature and the hot tub was nice the Jets were not very strong. The area it is in is not necessarily the best area but the way they have it set up I didn't ever feel unsafe. Overall I was very pleased."
