"Perfect location. Staff is so nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was way better than expected. If you’re ok with having some old school lodgings and aren’t looking for a luxury stay - this place is perfect. "

"The hotels lobby is beautiful and the bar tender was very friendly and made some delicious drinks. I liked how modern the elevators felt having touch screen controls. The room was nice but a bit simple in design. The bathroom however was very beautiful with the all class counter top and having the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash was splendid. If I am ever need to stay in Tacoma again I will be staying there again if possible. "

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tacoma, an IHG Hotel

"Our power was out due to the storm so we needed a warm place with electricity for a night. It was a nice place to stay for my family. The pool/hot tub was nice but the ground gets super slippery. Breakfast was okay, not the best but it was nice with plenty of options. The view from our window was just garbage everywhere but it’s expected for Tacoma. Price was decent for a last minute visit. "
