"I wasnt sure what i rented until i got there and realized it was a house. I didn't have my code but they were nice about it. It is a bit confusing to find because the house was painted but you could do far worse then ending up here for the price. Nice TV but the room is small."

I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

I would suggest expedia lets you know that after booking you will be asked for your credit card and to scan your ID via an incoming email. That process made me nervous and kept me awake at night even though it all seemed to turn out fine. "
