Hotel Murano is a lovely hotel with so many gorgeous pieces of glass artwork throughout the lobby. They put most art galleries to shame! My room was very spacious with a lovely view. The little bar area was welcoming and the gentleman behind the bar was a pro! Even with a fairly large number of guests (he was the only server at that time) he was able to attend to everyone quickly, and with a great smile.

The hotel was beautiful, and the people were very nice. The room, however, was very hot and stuffy. We were told they had turned off the AC for Fall and Winter, but we could open the windows, and they provided us with a box fan. After that, the room was okay.

The staffs are really professionals and helpful. The room is clean, the lobby and the bar. That property needs security personnels. There’s a homeless person trying to charge his phone at the entrance of the lobby. This made me feel unsafe. Anyone can access to the elevator, I was also there when a woman got stabbed. This property needs security guards and please secure the elevators.
