We have stayed at the Inn several times. The room was a little tired. The couch was uncomfortable and the padding was broken down. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The toilet had to be messed with to keep it from running every time it was used. The lady in the breakfast room was excellent! She was helping everyone and was lovely!

I mentioned to one of the ladies, and showed her pictures, that the shower was dirty!!! And…. The floor was filthy. She tells me that ALL of their vacuum cleaners are broken!!! So she put me up in a ‘newly renovated’ room that was even dirtier. Hardly newly renovated. I did get two bottles of free water as compensation - you tell me if that’s sufficient. Highly disappointed that nothing more was done to keep me happy!

The Sea Tac Van was parked in such a way that I could not drive up to your front door and this was at 8:30 in the evening. There was plenty of room for it to be parked further from the back of the parked cars, but no, it was parked 2 feet from the curb. Very poor planning.

Overall the property was good. Remodeling going on so that was part of the noise and so so clean. Our room was restored but you could her the freeway noise all night. The bereakfast was bad. The coffee watery. They could definitely do better in that department.
