"We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"

"We stayed for 2 nights and checkin in was a breeze. There are no staffs available to greet you when you arrive but access codes are given prior your stay which you will use on every doors on the building with no issues at all. We also arrived early but lockers are available for free in the building. The property is new and well maintained. There is a kitchen and free laundry which was really convenient. Overall, our experience in Sonder was great and we will definitely choose this place again...

"Modem finished. Super clean. Very nice bathroom with tub. Premium toiletries. Plenty of thick plush towels. Very nice coffee machine. Extremely clean carpet. Seemed to be well cared for. The owner clearly cares about quality, the care of the rooms, and comfort of their guests. I have to travel to Seattle for quarterly business meetings and will continue to stay at Lakeview Boutique Hotel. Thank you to the staff for putting so much care and attention into the comfort of the guests!! "

"Great apartment in a great location. Very clean and well maintained. Super neoghborhood close to lots of shopping and dining. Easy to get everywhere. Communication and process was easy. No check-out duties, you just leave everything as is and they take care of it. A couple of things to keep in mind. Parking is not provided and can be a hassle. We found street parking every night but it was not always easy. The area is vibrant which can also mean a bit loud on a Friday or Saturday night. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. For the most part, the unit was clean (there was some debris on the floor, that they sincerely apologized for). It's very spacious, with enough room for four adults and two dogs. The host is very kind and communicative. They were easy to reach if we had any questions and were very welcoming. I would definitely book here again."

"What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room...
