No I have a very bad experience! The worst room I ever had. See pictures. And also I came on a business trip to rest before the meeting and I didn't rest at all. No hangings to hang the close. The ac is loud and has a noise, the pillows are horrible. The dog from 6 am for an hour or so barking and giving noises, why allowing dogs if people can't control their dogs. the doors when people slam it's like hitting in the head with the sound. The experience is terrified. I'm not happy at all and very disappointed.

This hotel stay was very disappointing. A hot breakfast was promised, but we were informed that the kitchen staff had the day off. Despite the hotel not appearing busy, our request for extra pillows was denied without any effort to accommodate. The safety of my family was a major concern due to the large number of homeless individuals around the building, some engaging in drug use and freely entering and exiting the hotel. To make matters worse, a family member got stuck in the elevator, which caused her to have a panic attack and struggle to breathe. The staff showed little empathy, dismissing the situation as routine and admitting that it happens often. This was an awful experience, and I will not be staying here again.
