"The hotel is in a convenient location near restaurants and shopping mall. The staff was friendly and service was great. The pool is small but great for small children. "Guest services went above and beyond to make me happy. They did upgrade me to a room that seemed to be not used in a long time. Was incomplete with no toiletries, bathrobe, sleepers, dusty. But after couple of email they decide to change my room, we came into an agreement that was ok to stay there but must be clean and complete, since I have taken all my clothes and belongings out of my baggage.
