"The hotel is in a convenient location near restaurants and shopping mall. The staff was friendly and service was great. The pool is small but great for small children. One of the inconveniences was the elevator. The second day of our stay my husband got stuck in one of the two working elevators. At one point after waiting for the elevator for about 10 minutes we were directed to a staff only elevator thru a hidden door. The other inconvenience was the dead roach in one of our rooms. "The room was small, and kitchen area particularly sparse. Things were missing, like only one washcloth, but they did respond immediately when i told them that the shower was ridiculous, slippery and nothing to grab on to. the next day they provided several mats and one for the shower, so i wld say good response. the deck made everything livable. And we did have a great view of the monument."
