The general manager and his team offered a exceptional service. However my room was cold and the mattress was uncomfortable. The hotel’s facilities were average. The gym had a few machines out of order and no water cooler. I did appreciate the convenient location, which allowed me to explore the city easily. Overall, my stay was good. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. I will definitely be returning!"
