"Beautiful area. Very safe. Everyone was super friendly. Rooftop pool was amazing. Property is very well taken of. Extremely clean. You are immersed right into the community of San Ramon. Mostly Spanish speaking people so knowing some Spanish is a bonus. "

"First of all it was false advertising, we rented private 2 bed and got a filthy studio, not private, not safe. Do not recommend. I any even begin how horrible it was"

"Miguel is a great host and fluent in English. This condo has excellent security and the views are amazing. The internet is fast and reliable and the neighborhood is the best in Merida. "The manager and staffs are really not good. My reservation is one bedroom apartment,they put a lot of Dimethyl sulfate in the apartment.Then they gave me a two bedroom apartment (because they can poison me from upstairs and downstairs,they can pour formic acid in water tank).They put formic acid and toxic chemicals on stove,put pesticide in pot,put formic acid in water tank.Every time when I came out they enter my apartment and spray a lot of formic acid (feel like a lot).They still spray formic...

"We really enjoyed it! Easy to find. Easy check in. Pool right out our 2 bdrm ‘villa’. Great outdoor seating area. Quiet. Lovely dogs and I miss them! Kitchen could have more utensils, oven mitts, small plates, small bowls,better microwave, kettle, things like that but it was fine. Had to pay extra for use of a bbq even though we brought our own charcoal. Pool was lovely. We found great restaurants near by. Easy to get to highways. Try the ceviche place near by. "

"Staff was super friendly and helpful!! Hotel was very nice and all air conditioned! A small mall was connected to it. Only thing is that it is far from central area so you have to use Ubers. Other than that it was great!!"
