"The house was great and well appointed! We had everything we needed. We especially loved the fire pit and ping pong table. It was the perfect size for a family of 6 plus one dog. The distance to Acadia was a bit longer than we expected -- only 25 miles or so but this translated to 45 mins to an hour - depending on the time of day. "

"This place has everything you could possibly need, way more than any other vacation rental I've stayed in. And if it doesn't have it, Mike is there to get it for you. The pictures don't do the property justice, it truly is a beautiful location. Mike goes above and beyond making sure everything is perfect and taken care of with incredible attention to detail. The location can’t be beat both with regard to the proximity to the water and the general area. We were initially concerned about the stairway to the loft, but we easily navigated it despite being 70 and having knee and hip issues. We hope to be able to return next year!"
