"Checked in here for 1 night and liked it so much, we booked for a 2nd night! Really fantastic hotel - decor in reception area lovely and bar and restaurant superb - especially roof top area! Great vibes. Food was awesome - we ate at their restaurant (Goldies) for both evenings! Can really recommend the steak but to be honest, everything that came out looked and smelt amazing! Staff went out of there way to chat to us and give us recommends on what to do / where to see etc. Location is ideal - one block back from the sea/beach but very central to everything and walkable to everywhere! Would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again if we returned! "

"Good sauna great facilities However the gym is the only part that might need some work. Weights are missing, machines broken. other than that can't really fault it"

"We were so glad to have picked this hotel, it was unfortunate though that we were there during the alfred cyclone! The team mitch and dave and kim done everything they could to make our stay pleasant especially that we have little kids! Thank you kim for all those thoughtful things you done for my daughters birthday! Appreciate it! Hopefully see you all the next time! "
