"Lovely place to stay that is perfect for families "

"Location is great. 30 seconds to Cavil Ave and a short walk to the beach. Pool, spa and tennis court were great. you can borrow body boards for the beach. A lot of patience is needed in the morning / night during busier periods with the lifts. Waiting up to 10 mins was not uncommon. Some occasions they did not come so we had to take the fire stairs (from the 18th floor). The buffet breakfast was loud, busy and expensive. Far betted choices around. Overall the kids and I enjoyed our stay."

"The original apartment was not very clean with insects on the bed leading to whole body insect bite rashes on my first night. Communicated with the reception the next morning, however the day reception manager swapped us out from from level 32 to level 7 without consulting with us. Eventually we decided to make a formal complaint to the management team. Luckily, the Exe Assistant manger is very helpful and willing to work with us to solve the problem. Thanks Reece!"

"Great hotel. Convenient location, great pools, and spacious rooms. Beds need upgrading as they are hard and not comfortable so did not get one good night sleep unfortunately. "

"I would give 5 star just for the staff forget everything else. The ladies were so lovely even interacting with the kids. You walk into the hotel each time to be greeted by staff both receptionists and cleaning staff. I would definitely stay here again. "
