We paid for a two bedroom ocean view , An extensive length of our holiday time was being haggled by the reception staff to persuade us to stay in a lesser grade apartment. When we protested we were forced to stay our paid five nights to stay in a fealty apartment feeling cheated.

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be be clean and comfortable. The house keeping was top service. The only downfall was issues with some electric sockets cutting out power. Electrician did attend to the issue the second time though. Lifts can be an issue during busy periods, very slow and full. Would definitely stay here again.

I have fond memories of this property from over 10years ago but it is now showing its age - our room had a lot of wear and tear! Also, the lifts couldn’t handle the traffic and we would almost always wait 5-10mins for a lift. Location is great and staff very nice. Amenities get a pass. Not what it use to be but, thank you anyway for having us.
