"Had one of the newer rooms which was nice and always beautifully clean. All the staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and slides. Couple of additions would have been great - particularly proper block out curtains. The sunrise coming in at 4:45am with small children was a bit tough and food delivery to the room as a solo parent would have been really helpful too. "

"Excellent location and the room was really good. Everything was great. Except the parking, the lifts, and the pool. Parking advice was not provided and was really hard. The temperature of the pools was all out of whack, and the poolsides were gross. Foodscraps and empty containers and drinks were always present. Terrible. And the lifts. Ridiculous. Only four servicing such a big building is insane. Worst I’ve ever encountered. "

This section of the island is in strife with Electricity and Gas being switched off and the locals of the Cove living off generators or just leaving the island. It’s a sad situation for them. Most of the features listed in the booking ad were not in use. - No Cafe - No Watersports - No Fitness Centre - No Park - No Bowls - Only 1 place to eat with very limited choice - worse of all, the pool was not in use. We were told that the pool was out of order...

"Rob's two bedrooms apartment is located at beach house which is less than 5 mins walk to the Coolangatta beach, very convenient location to the restaurant and supermarket. The property is well maintained, when we arrived the staff is very warm welcome and gave us a run down the activities during the week.
