Staff wasn’t courteous at all. No smiles no greetings, Restaurant staff was very unhelpful and rude. I wanted to take a toast with avocado to my room as I could not eat in a hurry and they were closing. The manager took the plate from my hand quoting policy. Our breakfast was paid for in the price. I saw another couple taking coffee and toast out but they were not stopped. I definitely felt singled out and the whole incident reeked of racial bias I will not visit this hotel again!!!!
