"This unit is in a great location and has lovely water views. The room is getting to be quite dated, there was paint peeling from the back of the door in the bathroom and mould on some of the tiles. The thermostat for the a/c has instructions to adjust temperature however it didn’t seem to work for us so we had to sleep with the balcony door open so it would turn it off. There was no extra blanket so unfortunately I was cold for a couple of nights. The room has most amenities that you would get...

"Had only 6 coffee and tea bags with one small 50 ml milk carton for a 7 day stay. For an apartment booking there was no toaster /microwave. Too much noise from construction site across the road. Would not book here again as hotel doesn’t have anything to do with the apartment hire which is in the same building. "

"A small but cosy hostel that is a 10 minute walk from the beach, shop, restaurants and pubs. There is free pizza on Tuesdays and bbq on Saturdays. The staff is always friendly and the vibe makes you feel at home. I would definitely stay again the next time I visit the Gold Coast."
