"I usually stay at this Hotel and my experience has been prettty goood in the past. Room has a mini fridge and microwave and a hairdryer. Alll which was useful. Even daily housekeeping, towels changed daily and bed made up. This time around though I had a couple of hiccups: my room had 2 bottles of water labeled for Diamond Gold Silver members, other members costs $3.00, which I was charged as I drank it cause I totally missed the note. But its water.. Additionally, my check out was 11am,...

"It was was she said it would be. And we were comfortable. There were a few more dishes and things we would have preferred, but all the necessities were there. Everything worked as it should. We had an issue with one of the beds, and she answered promptly and responded to the issue well."

We couldn't have asked for a better rental experience."

"Communication about checkin and a slight issue we had with hot water went smooth. The beds were very comfortable and they were all a bit different so you could choose the level of firmness to suit your sleeping habits. The only thing we found odd is that there were no dishes, but didn’t affect us as we were only there for one full day and were out exploring before our cruise."
