"The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the Elks and easy walk to the Tacoma light rail that goes to the Tacoma Dome. Great vintage shops surround this space. There’s a fun bar next to it or you can hop on the light rail and experience some fun spots around that area. The host is super responsive. The space is an event space with a great store front window. We loved the people watching part! Yes there aren’t any windows in the unit BUT you have a store front window! Highly recommend...

It’s an older building with thin walls..so I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. First thing we noted was countertops and table were dirty from previous tenants. There were ants in every room with ant traps set up in the corners. Kitchen sink didn’t have cold water. We ran out of toilet paper after the first day. No washcloths. No kitchen towels. No dish...

"This condo was the perfect place to stay for 3 months. The location is convenient to both nature and city activities. Our host was quick to respond when we had small problems pop up. The only thing I wish they had was ac in the bedrooms, but I know that is an atypical amenity of Renton/Seattle. Would definitely rent again! "
