The design of the bathroom doors can lead to injury. They are sliding doors with a metal knob sticking out. This can be grabbed in such a way that when it closes, it closes on your thumb. This happened to my partner and was very painful.

The handicap bathrooms are not ADA assessible. They have put mutiple rails and csll them disabled assessuble. O have to repeatedly ssk them to bring a shower chaiir to assist in navigating the deep lop of a tub. Not easy. And i ak at desk at check in and then have to call desk for the additional eqiopment. Not goodm i woll look for another place to stay ehen in Seattle.

I booked a King bed room and received a double bed room. The room was very small and the bathroom was much to be desired. I paid more for this room then I did for the MGM in Vegas or for the 7 Cedars in Sequim, WA and those room were WAY nicer. The staff here was very nice and helpful, but that is the only good thing about my stay here.

The property was okay. I didn’t like the fact that they nickel and dime all their services which usually come free with guest staying at the property. For example WiFi isn’t free and parking at the hotel isn’t free even if you’re staying at the hotel.

Upon arrival i was booked for lounge access and front office staff Gordon didnt even mention anything and tried making me stay on the other building away from the lounge. Also my booking came with free high speed wifi but i didnt get that access. Not very good after a 12 hour straight flight. Would i recommend this place nope save your money and stay at Radisson Airport instead i thought it will be a treat to stay here but it was a disaster from check-in. End of rant

Love the sraff. However, I requeated a handicap bath & after walking a long distance and being in swvere pain did not have a handicap bath. Called & although someine qaa to come & help me after 30 minutes I sliwly git myself back to front deak. Tget changed my roim & one of tge managers heloed me to my eoom - again a long walk & tge barh had a tuc , tge rim of which I cabbot get over - had to request a shower chaur. Will start looking for anotger gitel ti stay
