It’s an older building with thin walls..so I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. First thing we noted was countertops and table were dirty from previous tenants. "This condo was the perfect place to stay for 3 months. The location is convenient to both nature and city activities. Our host was quick to respond when we had small problems pop up. The only thing I wish they had was ac in the bedrooms, but I know that is an atypical amenity of Renton/Seattle. Would definitely rent again! "
