They had no parking for my 8ft6” tall sprinter van . Been told different instructions on where to park by different people. The 2 front desk guys were not agreeing . I was told to park in the street where a bunch of homeless people living out of their cars were parked for the night . Then spoke to security people outside and told me I can park on loading area . To get to the hotel with baggages they won’t let you in through the main entrance. You will have to go thru the garage where my van did not fit . Stuff at front desk were confused and did not know their job well . Restaurant at the top has hood food , prices are way too high. Not staying there again .

Our 2days stay is good the staff in the front desk is very friendly and gave us a good deal for extending another 1 day at the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel im not totally satisfied when we check in the conditioner and shower bath is empty good thing i bring my own .. hopefully next time you can have a microwave its either by request or atleast in the lobby for everyone..

Very nice spacious room with smart amenities like a small built in bed frame light on each side. Went out for late night dinner in the hotel and found 2 options and I chose the cheaper and stayed at the bar side. Ordered beef skewers and it really tasted good. I was even able to find good non domesticated beer options. I gambled a bit and was up by $25 before the night ended. All in all a good night!

I was so surprised by the new Emerald Queen! So well done and nice on the inside. Perfect for a fun night at the casino. I wouldn’t walk around the area at night, lots of folks visibly doing drugs a block away.

Our new favorite spot in Tacoma to stay! We visited for a 4 day weekend and a concert. Everything was amazing. Room was clean and beautiful. Quiet. Stocked well. Most comfortable beds! The coffee shops always made delicious lattes. All the food was delicious. We love to gamble and we didn’t fare too bad! Highly recommend! They had events happening in resort all weekend. Only a short distance to lots of shopping and food. Will be staying again.
