"The property manager, Dan, could not have made the booking process and our stay any easier. Fantastic gentleman to work with. The unit was a lovely, comfy place for our (2) month stay and was very convenient to the Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs town squares. Availability of a golf cart was a big plus for us to get to frequent activities at the Savannah rec center. The place was very clean upon check-in, keycode worked, wifi access easy, tv’s all ok. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rose on Lakeside in Mount Dora-Umatilla. The house was spotless, and the view over the lake was breathtaking. We loved spending time on the front patio and side deck, both of which were perfect spots to hang out and make lasting memories. There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t love about our stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, keeping the entire house cool and pleasant. We can’t wait to come back very soon!""

"Wanted to see if the Villages might be a retirement place we would like. The house was in a great location between Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs square. The golf cart to use was awesome! The host responded very quickly to any questions and called us when someone turned in our friend’s drivers license she must have dropped. I would stay there again!’"

"My husband, granddaughter and I evacuated to this lovely villa from the threat of Hurricane Milton. We found the rental to be very clean and comfortable. Loved the fenced back yard for our pups and covered walkways for protection from the rain. The master shower is handicap accessible. The owner was easy to communicate with."

"We stayed here for a golf weekend, and it’s within 10-15 minutes of several great golf courses. The house is beautiful and the pool is nice but the hot tub/spa was key for our recovery to be able to play golf the next day. The house was stocked and set up with everything we needed. The point of contact was available and responsive! I highly recommend! We are planning on coming back next year for our golf trip!"

"This property was perfect for what I needed. I was there for 8 nights. It was close to the venue where I was attending a conference. The house was clean and comfortable. Kevin was there to greet me and answer any questions I had. Since I’m a “senior “ I chose to sleep on the daybed which was very comfortable. There are 3 beds in the loft but the ladder up and down was a bit formidable to me. All in all this was exactly what I expected. "
