We stayed with my husband at the hotel for four nights. No room cleaning, no sheet change until the last day.No trash out; We asked if somebody would take garbage out and clean the room, the answer was. .Giving us two garbage bags, and where we were supposed to take it out?We had to ask for fresh towels daily and toiletries since nobody would provide it. I would not consider staying in this hotel anymore.

Not the greatest lace for a quiet stay. Our room faced I75 and I didn’t sleep due to the traffic. Once we opened the door, the sink was directly to the side. Not convenient at all.

Breakfast was ok but lacked variety. Scrambled eggs everyday gets boring for sure Lady doing the breakfast is wonderful, helpful and as accommodating as possible Staff is generally ok...some policies for regular customers are odd, like security deposits, and a charge for a modest late check out

Staff were superb, however, property had cockroaches. We had to switch to a new room because there were some cockroaches (the smaller kind that like appliances and food). The new room also had cockroaches so I believe this hotel needs to be fumigated in its totality. The curtains in the room were torn and the bedsheets were ragged as well.

I found the staff unwilling to accommodate simple requests. For example, I asked for a late check-out, by one hour, and the property asked me to pay $50.00. I also asked for an upgrade, from a King Standard to a king with couch...again, very little consideration
