"Very nice property and the host is super attentive and helpful! In a good location and quiet neighborhood, we didn’t even hear the other guests nor saw many of them. It was definitely a safe place for our family to hunker down during Hurricane Milton as we evacuated Tampa Bay Area. Bedrooms nicely decorated and comfy with lots of closet space (could use more hangers) as is the bathroom. Kitchen is somewhat stocked with useful items. Overall, it was a great place to stay!"

You’ll hear almost everything the other tenants are doing. They also share one alarm system so every time the other tenant opens their doors you hear the system chime. "This was a last minute booking due to a family emergency. It was a great fit for what we needed. Location to everything, etc. House was clean and welcome book was very helpful. The hot tub was a welcome addition to relax at the end of the day. Made attempts to contact the owner which went unanswered until we had left. The property is wonderful and spacious otherwise. "

"Overall nice place and very nice host. Place could use some work and detailed cleaning. We saw evidence of past mice (droppings), but no current activity. We also saw a couple roaches (it is Florida), but the pest control sprayed while we were there. I would stay there again."
