"Wonderful experience! The staff was capable and helpful. The food was delicious. And you can’t beat how close the hotel is to Donguri Street and the Glico Man. One small thing is that the door directly to the women’s bath was somewhat broken and hard to open and close. Other than that it’s a great place for a traditional Japanese experience!"

"Whenever we return to Kobe from US, we stay here at least a couple of days. We always look forward to the quiet atmosphere, excellent buffet for morning and/or evening, or ala carte (menu is very extensive) restaurant. We love the Onsen, of course! This is one of the main reasons we come back to Kobe Minato Onsen Ren. Staff are always courteous and polite. We are planning to stay again in April this year. Looking forward to it very much!"

"Super unique experience off the beaten path to stay in a beautiful Ryokan. Would be great for a value with larger families, but be prepared to understand the busses or get a taxi, not a ton to do in the immediate area. On the other hand, staff was nice, limited but plenty of English with my terrible Japanese. Food was excellent and beautifully plated. Rooms were truly amazing, one of my favorite things on my travels."

"We splurge and glad we did. This was one of the highlight of our trip to Japan. We could have booked a cheaper place but wanted the real deal.... and we were not disappointed. The architecture was authentically exquisite, the service like no other place in the world (we have been most everywhere), the food 1st class, and the bath a real joy. We were so happy. Our memories of this place will last a lifetime. "

"Amazing first stay at a Japanese Ryokan. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and the rooms were cosy and clean. Also, the onsen was delightful. I recommend the restaurant on the premises where we had some of the best local food. Will definitely come here again!"

"It is close to a JR station and a metro station, convenient to get around Osaka and to places outside Osaka. The area is also quiet, the room is clean and appliances provided were thoughtful and useful. There are also food places nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"There are so many small things that make this hotel great! It's convenient to do your own laundry here with a change machine located near the laundromat. The massage chairs feel fantastic after a long day on your feet. The food at both of the restaurants is delicious. There are many elevators so you never have to wait long. The rooms are wonderful! Small, but very well designed and super comfortable! I had a great view of USJ from my window and was never too bothered with outside noise. This is the best hotel I've stayed at and for a very good price!"

"As my first time in Japan with my partner this hotel was our favorite in Osaka! It has a luxurious feeling within the hotel & room, everyone there were so very kind and welcoming! You are also very close to the main parts in Osaka 30min walking & i believe 10-15min in train "

Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs

"Less than 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station. Very convenient location for tourists. Very nice guest room and public bath. Only thing I can complaint is the AC of the guest room floor aisle was bit too hot during winter. "

"Staff was always friendly and greeted me. Also kindly showed me the proper behavior in the lobby, I thought I was able to sit in the lobby and eat my onigiri, but it appeared to be bad manners. I learned immediately and went somewhere else to finish it. I think as a foreigner it is also difficult to know all the etiquette, so I am glad to learn and change immediately. The facility is also very clean with all the ammenities that I want. "
